I love this idea for a small tree.

I'm going to start my Christmas listing today.
Is it too early?
I'm sure there are some of you who have Christmas wrapped and under the bed ready for Santa.
My house is the destination for extended family this year.
It is a little difficult to invite guests when you can't offer them a place to sleep and they have to get a hotel.
I was really worried about Christmas morning and meals with all 14 of us in our small space.  
I found a rental house up the street from us that will sleep those from out of town and will be more conducive to family gathering than a hotel.
It has a perfect view of the Harbor also.
I am brainstorming an itinerary.
Fun.
Christmas planning needs to be done, but lets be honest, It's cleaning day and I'm trying to avoid the chores.
