snippets

There were a few things I wanted to make note of before I forgot them.


-Beckham and I go to speech class every wednesday afternoon.
It is a small group, about 7 kids his age and a parent for each.
While sitting in a half circle, practicing our "KS" sound, 
as in "baKeS" and "ducKS", 
Beckham interrupted my concentration by pointing to his crotch and announcing, 
"look Mom, my penis is still long."


-It is routine at our house to wake up Beckham and Marley before Nate and I go to sleep and take them to the bathroom.
Dry sheets in the morning make everyone happy.
The kids are always sound asleep as we carry them, 
or we laugh quietly as they stumble into the bright light.
Last night Marley was NOT going to wake up.
She would have fallen right off had Nate not been there to catch her.

-I appreciated the comments from my last 2 posts.  It was interesting to see how people perceived my emotions differently.
I ultimately started blogging as a way to spice up my non-existent journaling back in 2007.
It has taken on different roles at times, but it is always still a journal.  I do NOT hide my emotions well, and they can be be very irrational at times. 
But that's me, love it or hate it.
So, I did some outward introspection for all to see. 
And you were wonderful to share your thoughts in return.
I'm going to LOVE looking back and reading that one.
I will laugh and think life is short.
But in the mean time...


(I bought more photo storage.  The potty story would not be as great without the picture right???)
