More healthy food

Last night I made this Wheat bread and it turned out great.  
I was excited because since switching to whole wheat, I have had several less-then-impressive attempts at bread machine bread.
It does not rise the same without the white flour.
So I tried this recipe.  
No bread machine, and NO white flour. 
A lot of the recipes call for some combination of white/wheat flour.
This one was easy and only wheat.


We ate it with tomato basil soup.
I used this recipe as a guideline, but had to make a few changes to accommodate what I had on hand.  
I am not awesome at meal planning in case you haven't noticed.
It was delicious. 
To give it some texture for the kids, I served it over leftover brown rice from the haystacks the other night.
Yummy.






I am so glad it is friday. 
Hoping to get caught up on some sleep this weekend.
We all know it's not going to happen though.
Sad.

Add some gluten to the whole wheat. Should work in your bread machine.
