He's here



Lincoln David was born Thursday the 29th of April at 3:28 p.m.  He weighed 9 lbs and was 21 inches long.  I got my epidural even before I had any contractions since we knew it would happen fast.  Then came the pitocin, and while we were watching Oprah, I felt a little something going on down below.  We called in the doctor, and sure enough it was time to go.  Turned the T.V off, woke Nate up, and they told me to push.  Just one long one and out he came.  
He is beautiful and perfect and even has some hair on his head which is something I've always wanted.

Congrats! I've been wondering how it was with the epidural and everything - wow, you are amazing. I'm glad it all went well and he's finally here. Can't wait to see more pictures. That picture of Lincoln and Marley is precious!

Yay for big healthy babies! Dang girl, you pushed him out with ease, not fair!! He's gorgeous and I'm glad you got your blessed epidural. Pure magic those things are.

What a handsome little guy! Congrats!! I love that picture of Marley and Lincoln so adorable :) Yeah for an easy labor! Hope the recovery is equally as smooth.

i agree with lachelle -- that last picture is photo contest worthy! i'm so glad you were able to get an epidural this time around. i can't believe how big he is!
