Why we pay $1100/month for a closet, I mean appartment

While Beckham and I were down at the beach this morning for our run, the dolphins came out. Not only did they come out, they were leaping. Literally leaping through the water. This is why people pay an arm and a leg to live here. I almost ran the stroller into a poll since I was looking at the dolphins and not in front of me. I figured they came out for Beckham's birthday. He has survived one whole year with us. Way to go champ. We celebrated on Saturday down in San Juan Capistrano with Nate's parents. There was also supposed to be a BYU vs San Diego State game in there, but it was postponed for obvious reasons. Nate will be at work all day, then at class all night, so Becks and I will hang out today and then carve pumpkins with our neighbors tonight. It was their idea, and besides going to the Haunted Mansion at Disney Land, and buying a pumpkin scented candle, it is the extent of my Halloween cheer. Here are some pictures from the happiest place on earth, the boys birthday celebration at the cheesecake factory, and opening some presents.

Happy Birthday Beckham! It's fun to be one!!

We are thinking about the name Beck for our little guy. Well just thinking of adding it to our list of names we both like. It means "Brook". Which is Bryce's little sisters name who passed away a few years ago.

I'd pay $1100 to see dolphins and live there but it's another story for Aaron. Looked like you guys had a great time! Disneyland looks SO FUN for Halloween, we'll have to go for my birthday sometime. I love all the pumpkins and decorations. You look great by the way! :)

I'm pricing housing in CA and I was actually wondering where you found something for ONLY $1100 a month, LOL.

Hey J!
Happy Birthday to Bex! That is so wonderful! I was really hoping our babies would share birthdays, but mine doesn't seem to be able to be coaxed out of me, he wants to be an original. Already giving me problems. Well, congrats again! You guys all look wonderful!

$1100- be grateful. You could REALLY be living in a closet and be paying nearly double that (if you were me and in Manhattan that is). You guys look so cute, happy and warm in your pics (can you tell it's started to get cold here?)! Happy birthday to Beckham! I still can't believe you A) are married and B) have a kid. Seriously, what am I doing with my life!
