yearning

I have been in New Mexico for the last few weeks and we made the 14 hour drive home today.


Turns out I did not miss the gobs and gobs of people, houses and traffic that L.A has to offer.


On the bright side I can drive 80 without anyone blinking (ahem Mr. Officer in Colorado, you know what you can do with your 75 mph and $169.50) and my skin doesn't feel like the Sahara desert.


But look at the view from my parent's front porch.
I am yearning.
We sat and watched a rainbow surrounded by lightening.
It is monsoon season there.
Absolutely breathtaking.
