The Mondays

Last week I had such a hard time finding motivation.
Not looking for marathon running motivation, 
just enough to get simple household chores done.
And get my booty moving a little each day.
It was no where to be found.
Last night I knew I needed to get back on the productivity wagon.
It's great to have an off week. 
It happens to us all and I think it helps us to reset ourselves.


So, this morning I was up and functioning by 7. 
Some reading, and some Jillian Michael's 30 day shred.
I figure 20 min. was a nice way to ease myself into a daily sweat.


I have been clipping coupons while the baby naps and Marley plays.
Time to make some lists and menus.
