Miss Marley Anne Arnold will turn 3 on Sunday.
I have been at the sewing machine (which I don't do often) making a happy birthday flag garland to hang up for this weekend.
It is very novice.
I don't measure, use patterns, finish edges, pin, sew straight lines, or any of the things that would make me a sewer, or a respectable mother at that.
But, from a distance it should do the job.
(I'll post a pic when it is finished and you can be the judge.)
I know I really should work on the character flaw.
Is is practical, or just lazy?
I say both.
And there is nothing wrong with that.
For now.
So, in honor of the upcoming event, I wanted to highlight Marley's birthdays thus far.
(and make up for the shoddy decorations)
The one that started it all:
I know you'll forgive the double chin. I was straining to keep my head up.
Wait, I need no forgiveness, I just pushed out a baby.
Long live post delivery double chins!
