The stars aligned last night and an incredibly productive morning was the result.


The kind where you clean the floors (yes, I cleaned the floors), make the pizza dough for dinner,
get laundry started,
kids teeth brushed, face washed, prayers said, snacks packed, and you look at the clock and think, 


"it's ONLY 8:45 a.m,"


It happens so rarely that I wake up feeling refreshed, 
so I ran with it.


I also ran to "the biggest loser" while on the treadmill this morning and let me tell you, totally motivational.  I think I ran an extra mile just from my Hulu pick.




And now that we have no t.v, I will be watching Modern Family and Cougar Town for Friday morning's workout. 
(Thursday is a jog down here with some friends)


Now, I am exercised and dressed and computerizing, and wouldn't you know it, Pandora is pulling out all the stops for me today.
