Last night Nate ended up on the couch.
We don't even own a full size couch.
He slept on a "chair and a half."
I nudged him repeatedly.
No relief.
After an hour I woke him up and told him he had to take something, benadryl maybe.
He said it was too late and he wouldn't be able to wake up when he needed to.
So it was out to the couch.
I didn't even have to ask.
This is a constant problem in our bed.
It usually doesn't go as far as the couch, but I am grateful it did last night.
I actually got some sleep.
Does snoring affect your sleep?
How do you handle a snoring spouse?

I snore at odd intervals. I get angry if I find out that Anna doesn't wake me and let me roll over. I've been traumatized by spending vacations in roadside motels with two snoring parents and refuse to be that guy.
Has Nate looked into anything surgical?
EAR PLUGS!!! Roll him over! Nudge him!
Sew something large and uncomfortable, like a tennis ball, into the back of his pajama tops between the shoulder blades. That forces him to sleep on his stomach. Get him on some flonase. Or do a uvulopalatoplasty (carve out the dangly thing in his throat with a hot spoon)
LOL, I love the uvulopalatoplasty idea. Actually, I think I just love the word. I'm going to ingrain that one deep and find ways to use it daily now. Awesome.
