home again, home again, jiggity jig

We had a wonderful vacation bookended by HORRIBLE travel.
It wasn't even my kids who were obnoxious.


Dear _________, 
you are ridiculous.
You are not believable as a business.
I will NEVER fly you again.
(except for maybe when we redeem the 4 free round trip vouchers you FINALLY gave us after a 35 hour round trip delay, and not having flight attendants when you finally found a plane, and for not knowing ANYTHING, and for not doing what your web site says and for not having the guts to tell us what was going on without bringing SWAT agents to the gate with you because you are chicken.  And for keeping us at the airport for HOURS and HOURS. And so much more.)
