Today.
-It's hot again.
-I'm secretly hoping we can move to Abu Dhabi and have air conditioning.
-Baby Lincoln is 5 months old today.
He is a beautiful, big, happy boy that brings so much peace to me. These little babies are such gifts and I LOVE seeing their personalities emerge and getting to know them. So far he is a keeper.
When he hits 2 or 3 I may have some issues, but for now, he is pure Heaven.
-Beckham starts speech therapy today. Once a week for 90 min. This is a great thing, for Beckhamese can be hard to understand.
-And because I will be at speech with Beckham, my babysitter is coming over to watch Marley and Links. She is a grown up momma with an 8 year old.
Predicament. My house is disgusting, and I wanted to clean it before she came over, BUT its way too hot to stay here and clean.
So, tell me, do you clean before the sitter comes over?

if it is a sitter with kids i wipe up the gross stuff and leave the clutter. if it is a teenager babysitter, i clean up a lot more. people without children don't understand as well the why's behind a mess and teenagers can be put off and alarmed by the mess.
I always clean a ton before a sitter comes over (but I lock the doors to rooms that don't need to be used/seen!). But I hate that I'm like that. It makes preparing for the sitter to come a big task, so we rarely do it.
I do clean. There have been times i really wanted to go on a last minute date, but decide against it because the house wasn't clean enough for a sitter...how lame is that?!
