Fraturday morning.

Beckham has Friday's off of school.  We feel the rigorous pre-school schedule deserves a day off.
Beckham's academics come first.
What?
It is Fraturday, so I'm talking crazy.
For this reason, Thursday becomes my Friday.
I let the kids eat something fun for lunch ie. McD's, Target, or Costco.
They get to stay up late, 8:00 p.m.
And bright and early Fraturday morning, I rise from my bed only to restart the movie or refill the cereal bowl.

I love Fraturdays.

I took a day off from doing laundry this week, and somehow the exponential rate at which it is accumulating makes no sense in any way.
One day off, that's all.
Now it's like this gigantic living mass on the laundry room floor. No matter how many loads I put in, is not getting smaller.
It hates me.

No matter, I still love Fraturdays.

Random picture in honor this day:

Hey Jeanine-

It was great to meet you guys this summer at Pete's house. I wish we loved closer. I have a feeling we would have been great friends. We have Fraturdays at our house too... only slightly interrupted by Alex now having preschool 5 days a week, but Josh and I have dropped him off in our jammies and a diaper, respectively, before. And I could totally do chocolate cake for breakfast. And I wouldn't clean the house for a sitter. Not that we've ever had a sitter, I don't think, because we're weird paranoid parents like that (and have the luxury of local grandparents who are our go-to sitters). But I think I would just have to find a sitter who didn't notice the mess/dirt either.

Anyway- just wanted to say hi. You three little loves are adorable.
