We made our way down south for Easter weekend.
By down south, I mean we started by meeting Papa D and Nana in Irvine for the Easter egg hunt and the train ride. We walked through the zoo, played at the park, and enjoyed all the little egg snatchers.
Our next stop was just a few min. south of Irvine at a the Rio. Cafe that is. Pork Salad was wonderful as always.
Then it was on to Papa D's and Nana's for the remainder of our weekend.
We ate good food, and enjoyed seeing the kids faces Easter morning. We watched some General Conference, played at the park, and ate more good food.
We even enjoyed an earthquake during Easter dinner. The biggest one for me yet since living in the Golden State.
Nate's parents gifted him a beautiful new camera for a graduation gift and these picture are courtesy of him.

Sooo glad I read this post. I had no idea they opened a Cafe Rio in Southern Cal. We might just have to take a trip out soon. Thanks for the info.
