Beckham came running out of primary today after church waving a paper with a picture of the Holy Ghost on it. It was an outline of a man. He kept showing us the paper and saying "it's the Holy Ghost Mom." This was our conversation on the way home:

Me: What does the Holy Ghost do?
B: He helps me
Me: How does he help you?
B: He helps me clean up toys

It's a start right? I pointed out some other ways the Holy Ghost can help him and then he wanted some fruit snacks, so teaching moment was over. But it has put a smile on my face all day today. How exciting to see your kids grasp the beginning of faith and testimony and those things that will guide them though this life.

That, along with great naps, and a GREAT youth fireside I went to with my Young Women, made for an excellent Sunday.
