Donuts and Airplanes

Here is a little photo update from this last week. Here in El Segundo there is a lookout with benches and telescopes on the side of the street that we live on. There are ALWAYS people out there with cameras, binoculars, lunch etc. It's a thing people do I guess, watching airplanes land and take off. Since we moved here, I have made fun of those people every time I pass the look out. Well, on Valentine's Day, we walked down the street to the donut shop with our neighbor Lynnette and her son. On the way back, we stopped at the lookout to sit and eat our donuts. I must admit, it was kind of fun. I think it had less to do with the airplanes and more to do with the fat apple fritter and chocolate milk I was consuming at the time. Either way, I think I will have to hold my tongue the next time I pass the airplane watchers. Here are some pictures of Beckham and Brennan at the park, and of Becks with a bucket on his head and him eating breakfast. Its a glamourous life we lead. So much fun.

Glad you got off your high horse and enjoyed the view like all those crazies you've been making fun of for so long! :) I love to sit and watch things so that would be right up my ally! And Cade would LOVE seeing all the planes coming and going. What brand and where can I get a stroller like that? I HAVE to know! Very cool!

That made me laugh because that would totally be something I'd be into...how funny. Glad you finally went to see what all the fuss was about! And donuts make everything better.

Hey, checked the strollers out. VERY COOL. But do you feel that the inline double kit (added buggy) has enough support to hold a kid upright enough? In our current stroller, the back support if held by cinched straps and I feel it's sagging and not holding Cade up. I fear the same with any kid riding in that back thing. Let me know what you think!

p.s. how did you like the pancakes?
