1. Turn on the t.v
2. Ignore everything that you need to get done for the day
3. Order pizza at noon for you and the baby(even though he only eats the crust on one piece)
4. Eat ice cream that you had your husband go buy after his lunch break and drop off at home
5. Blog
6. Go get the mail so you at least see the light of day
7. Take a bath
8. Sing some songs
9. Put baby to sleep at 7
10. Put yourself to sleep at 7:30. Very easy since you never changed out of your pajamas from the previous night

Oh Jeanine I love it. That sounds like the most perfect day ever. Going to bed at 7:30 sounds absolutely heavenly!
I love love love this post. Puts things into perspective. My sister just had to remind me that having my house in PERFECT order without a single dish ever being left out or a single toy being left on the floor is NOT what Sis. Beck was talking about. Your email is another reminder that our priority needs to be making things happy, even when things get really tough. I still think about that post where you and Beckham were sick, but you were obviously having such wonderful bonding experiences with him. It was the sweetest thing I've ever seen. Thanks for posting this!
I think I am having one of these days too!
it is so reassuring to know that i am not the only one that thinks kids can acutally "share" a pizza with you. i hope you ate the whole thing. and the ice cream too. sounds like the 4 food groups to me!
AWESOME! Jeanine, you rock in so many ways!
I loved reading this post...especially about having Nate drop you off some ice cream in the middle of the day. :) It helped me to justify not doing the chore chart that I just made for myself two days ago. It also reminded me of a day we spent together in Ashtarak where we stayed inside and made goals and read our scriptures and wrote in our journal (I think your hurt foot had something to do with it, too). I miss ya, Queer! :)
