Last week
Last week Nate found out he got into Grad School. We are excited. He will be going to USC for a Masters in Construction Mgnt. He'll keep working full time and classes will be a few times a week at night. Im proud of him. His company pays for it so that's even better. These are some pictures from last week, we took some chairs down to the beach in the evening and enjoyed watching the sun set and listening to the surf. Also, last weekend, we woke up saturday morning and decided we wanted Cafe Rio, so we jumped in the car, drove 6 hours, and ate cafe Rio in Saint George, UT. My wonderful Grandma lives in Saint George, so we spent the night there. Cafe Rio is now open Sundays also, so we got up that morning, broke the sabbath, and filled our insulated bags with some extra burritos for when we got back to Cali. I ate the last one yesterday, and I miss it already. While we were there we found out that they are opening 2 stores in Vegas, so next time we want the Rio, we will only have to drive 4 hours. But, vegas doesn't have my Grandma, so we'll see...

That's hilarious you drove 6 hours to St George for Cafe Rio. They have a few here in Arizona now also. Next year when we hopefully move to a house with a guest bedroom - you'll have to come visit us! :)
NATE!! Congratulations!!! That is wonderful news you guys!!
Also, I love love love you two for just getting in the car and going to Cafe Rio. Will you please call me next time?
You two crazy kids! Congrats on Grad school! I'm a fan a Cafe Rio salads and burritos. I remember when I first moved to Utah and everyone was ranting and raving about how Cafe Rio has the best mexican food. I went there and was sorely disappointed. It's not mexican food but it is good food. We ate at the one in St. George one last time before making the rest of the drive to CA when we moved. ahhh good times & good food.
I LOVE that you drove all that way for Cafe Rio. If I didn't live on the other side of the country, I just might do the same thing though!!! mmmm ... can't wait to see you in two weeks!! :)
Ditto everything k8 said! Except that you don't need to call me because I live in Provo, so I can have Cafe Rio anytime. One of the few benefits of living here.
Hey Jeanine,
Steve and I might move to Vegas, and if we do, you can crash at our place when you feel like Cafe Rio. I've heard so much about that place but never been there.
